Using Sam’s Kingdom
By using samskingdom.com, you agree to use the site and its community features lawfully, respectfully and in a way that does not interfere with other visitors or the operation of the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account sign-in details secure and for activity carried out through your account. Do not share passwords. If you believe someone else has accessed your account, contact the Kingdom team.
Community content
Forum posts, messages, display names and other community contributions must not contain unlawful, hateful, threatening, harassing or deliberately harmful material. Content may be moderated or removed when necessary to protect the community or the site.
Kingdoms Under Siege
Kingdoms Under Siege is currently in public beta. Game rules, unit values, prices, rewards, balancing and features may change while development continues. Virtual game items and Kingdom Gold have no cash value outside the game.
Fair play
Do not use bugs, automated tools, unauthorised access, multiple accounts used for exploitation, or other methods intended to gain an unfair advantage or disrupt the game. Suspected issues should be reported rather than exploited.
Digital content
Some products are supplied digitally, including printable PDFs and virtual game currency. Product pages explain what is included. Digital content is for the purchaser’s personal use unless the product page says otherwise.
Intellectual property
Sam’s Kingdom names, original artwork, characters, stories, game material, logos and site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Purchasing or downloading an item does not transfer ownership of those rights.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available and working, but online services can occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, faults or circumstances outside our control.
Changes
These terms may be updated as Sam’s Kingdom grows. The current version published on this page applies when you use the site.
