Before you buy
Please read the product description carefully so you know whether an item is a digital download, virtual in-game currency or another type of product. If you are unsure, contact us before purchasing.
Digital colouring books and downloads
Printable PDFs are digital products. No physical copy is posted unless the product page specifically says that a physical item is included. Printing quality and ink usage depend on your own printer and settings.
Kingdom Gold
Kingdom Gold is optional virtual currency for Kingdoms Under Siege. It is used only inside the game and has no cash value outside Sam’s Kingdom. An appropriate game account is required to receive and use it.
If a digital purchase does not arrive
If a download link, order email or Kingdom Gold balance does not appear as expected, contact thecastle@samskingdom.com with your order number or the email address used for the order. Do not send passwords or full card details.
Refund requests
Refund rights can depend on the type of product, whether digital content has already been supplied or accessed, and applicable consumer law. If there is a problem with an order, contact us and we will review the circumstances and any rights that apply.
Incorrect or duplicate charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once, contact us promptly so we can investigate the order and payment record.
Beta game changes
Kingdoms Under Siege is in public beta. Game balancing, prices paid in virtual currency, rewards and features may change as the game is developed. Purchasing Kingdom Gold does not guarantee that a particular game feature will remain unchanged.
